NCARES is a non-profit organization. We are involved in various campaigns and activities, including raising awareness about the growing issue of dog fighting, the link that exists between animal abuse and violence against humans, the cruelty of horse slaughter, the importance of spay/neuter, why it is unacceptable to keep dogs chained, and the true story behind puppy mills.

Dependent on donations, we also help low-income families pay for unaffordable veterinary care and low-cost spay/neuter of their pets, foster homeless animals until forever homes can be found, and arrange transport for rescued animals to their new homes & for shelter animals to rescues.
SOME OF THE ANIMAL\WILDLIFE CHARITIES WE SUPPORT
THROUGH OUR ARTWORK SALES.
We are both dedicated members of a wonderful Artists Group called ART FOR CRITTERS or "A4C" for short.
You can find art by us and by other fine artists listed on eBay by simply putting "A4C" as your search keyword when visiting eBay.

Our group donates together and we also donate as individual artists to many worthy Animal Welfare Shelters as well as Wildlife Rescue Centers plus Animal Care & Educational Organizations.

This way, you know that when you purchase animal artwork from us, part proceeds will be going to some of these selected groups. If you want to choose an Organization from our web site list if buying from our site, you are welcome to nominate the group
you wish the donation to go to.

"Our Mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and find new homes for abused, neglected, unwanted, and slaughter bound horses, ponies and other equines and the occasional small domestic barnyard animal."
The Prince Rupert Wildlife Rehabilitation Shelter is a 24 hours a day volunteer service, operated by Gunther and Nancy Golinia, two long term residents of Prince Rupert in BC, Canada. They have been operating the facility for the past twelve years and have rescued, rehabilitated and released thousands of wild animals. Wild animals, birds, or domestic pets, all find compassion and care at the Shelter. With no rehab facilities between the Queen Charlotte Islands and Smithers, the animals come in from as far away as Terrace, Kitimat, Dease Lake, Metlakatla and other Islands on the North Coast. An area approximately as large as France.
